Functional Areas
Structural Parts Processing Area
Equipped with high-precision CNC and laser cutting equipment, this area is dedicated to the manufacture of core metal components such as the printer housing, printhead bracket, and drag chain support. This ensures precise matching of every part, enhancing overall system stability.
Electronic Control Assembly Area
Mainboards, power supplies, driver modules, and cable harnesses are welded and assembled in this area. All components undergo anti-interference and voltage testing to ensure safe and reliable operation of the electronic control system.
Complete Machine Assembly Line
Assembly operations are streamlined, with each workstation equipped with a standard operating procedure (SOP). From guide rail installation and printhead leveling to ink supply system connection and housing packaging, the process is clear and efficient.
Accessory Production Line
Specialized for the production of DTF printing accessories, such as automatic ink supply systems, powder sprinklers, dryers, guide rails, pulleys, and more. Each accessory undergoes independent testing to ensure high compatibility with the mainframe.
Testing and Burn-in Area
Before shipment, each complete machine undergoes a 48-hour continuous printing burn-in test, covering key performance indicators such as the temperature control system, printhead accuracy, and color consistency, to ensure "zero-fault" delivery.
Warehousing and Packaging Area
After completion, products enter the intelligent warehousing system and are automatically scheduled for shipment according to order. Customized, shock-resistant packaging ensures safe and intact transportation.
